Groundwater
As many know there is quite allot of groundwater around the crusher site area.
This results in residents needing to constantly pump water on to the road which causes allot of potholes & maintenance.
Our maintenance team installed a 90mm pipe all along the back of the stands where the water problem is prominent which allows residents to pump the excess water into the pipe instead of the road.
Furthermore this water gets channeled into our dams which further contributes to the Estate
Convex Mirror
Also at crusher site on the corner of sunbird street the maintenance team had to install a convex mirror as there were no visibility to see oncoming traffic.
