Veld fires

Veld fire season has arrived with winter. As the grass is getting drier, the risk for fire is increasing. As the veld areas are still very dry, please assist us by NOT throwing your cigarette buds into the veld when driving or walking, and please do not burn your garden waste close to any open areas bordering the veld areas. Please inform the control room on 011 867 3475 / 010 015 0968 or any estate staff member should you notice a fire or smoke nearby.
