There were again a few incidents with underage children driving Polaris vehicles or quad bikes and residents are urged to please to prevent this as it is against Estate rules and security is tasked to stop such children and then to escort them back to their homes and or to inform the parents of the transgression. To confront or to curse at security personnel do not resolve the problem as they are executing instruction given by the HOA of which all owners are members off and from past incidents it is clear that a number of these children were not as skilled to drive as the parents may thought and it was a mere blessing that some did not get more seriously hurt than was the case.
