As part of a recognition drive security personnel identify fellow employees who walk the extra mile and are recommended by residents for good service/assistance. The winner of each month receives a “Pink cap” which ensure residents/visitors can recognize them easily.
Current winners are Doris Bambo, who many residents will recognize by the prompt and efficient way she handles complaints, requests or enquiries as control room and Dakalo Mulaudzi who detected a vehicle with a fraudulent license disc at the contractor’s gate.
